This individual will be responsible for creating extraordinary design solutions and inspiring design excellence. Ryan's integrated process requires an individual to be able to work in a proactive and positive manner in tandem with local teams and cross-regionally within a national design practice. Some things you can expect to do: Participate in creating a complete, thorough set of Interior Design documents to meet project goals, milestones, and schedule Participate in all phases of the interiors project scope from programming to construction administration, with specific attention to interior-related building codes, interior detail documentation, and... constructability Participate in development and implementation of an overall design palate that supports the aesthetic, budget, and functional goals of the project Advice client on appropriate interior finish and material selections Collaborate with healthcare project team and clients during programming and planning efforts Lead design meetings, consultant meetings, and project team meetings Independently solve problems and apply basic principles of design Collaborate to resolve unusual or complex technical issues Participate in interior design code review and implement requirements Identify and communicate deviations in project scope Direct, supervise, and mentor junior staff Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will be able to problem-solve and design both as part of a collaborative team and independently. The annual base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
