Interior Designer II (Licensed)

Hoefer Wysocki Architecture Hoefer Welker has an opening for a licensed Interior Designer II with an exceptionally creative design portfolio and will collaborate in all phases of project design with a focus on conceptual design, programming, space planning, documentation and selection of materials, finishes, furniture and artwork. Essential Responsibilities: • Overall knowledge of construction documentation and process • Possess interpersonal and client relation skills and the ability to handle multiple projects • Ability to assist in the production and development of design proposals • Overall knowledge of furniture specifications and budgets • Ability to lead client meetings regarding interior design issues and maintain client contact • Flexibility and agility to work on projects in a variety of locations • Proficiency in Revit and experience in Revit rendering Job Requiremetns Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
