Interior Designer III

This is a full-time position for an interior designer with experience working on corporate interior projects, including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documents. They will participate in the selection of furniture systems and specifications. • Research manufacturers for furniture systems and finish materials, providing budget costs for selections. • Participate in marketing efforts and may participate in design presentations to prospective clients. • 7+ years of experience in the application of interior design principles and theory • Fundamental experience in programming, planning principles, materials, and furnishings • Knowledge of Revit • Sketching and graphic design skills • Project management skills • Experience providing design support to the project team • Ability to direct and coordinate work efforts of administrative staff • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Collaborative and professional work ethic
