Interior Designer III

To join us as an Interior Designer III, you should have: • Bachelor's degree in interiors, architecture or, related discipline required • 5+ years in Interior Design or Architecture, covering all project phases from programming to contract documentation • Proficient in Revit, BIM, and advanced 2D/3D modeling and visualization tools (e.g., Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, VRay) • Strong grasp of building codes and guidelines (ADA, FGI), as well as life safety and construction contract administration • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, lighting, and acoustics systems • Skilled in specification writing, calculations, and interior product selection • Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration abilities • Preparing for NCIDQ • LEED GA within 6 months of hire • Professional Accreditation in one area of Living Design that interests you: LEED AP with Specialty, BREEAM AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, Passive House Institute Certified Passive House Consultant/Designer CPHC/CPHD, or ILFI Living Future Accreditation • Develop construction documents, detail sketches, and execute red-marked revisions. • Conduct programming, space planning analysis, and area calculations. • Work independently and with teams to meet budget and schedule constraints. • Create and coordinate presentation materials to communicate design intent.
