The individual in this role helps build better, more sustainable communities by developing conceptual interior design plans that evenly balance client visions, needs, wants and budgets. The Interior Designer III performs analyses, prepares plans, produces designs and compiles documentation for projects relating to interiors. The Interior Designer III works on a multitude of project types and alongside a variety of teams project managers. He/she must have a deep understanding of building design, fire and life-safety, energy codes, standards, and guidelines. In this position, you will contribute to projects or moderate size and complexity.
