Interior Designer III- Asset Strategy

The Interior Designer III role is responsible for developing, organizing and executing the conceptual design of a project as well as utilizing creativity, foresight and judgment to meet... project requirements and objectives through project completion. • Advanced knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, materials application and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness; consistently share such knowledge with Teammates. • Advanced knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, drawings, and models. • Ability to work in a team environment • Knowledge of project deadlines • Knowledge of expectations related to high quality service to clients • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing • Possess basic hand and CAD drafting skills • Possess space planning skills and interest in programming • Basic proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite skills preferred • Basic proficiency of 3D Modeling software such as 3D Studio Max and Viz 2006 preferred • Assist in preparation of drawings for all design phases.
