This person will have an exceptional creative design portfolio and will collaborate in all phases of project design with a focus on conceptual design, programming, space planning, documentation, and selection of materials, finishes, furniture and artwork. Roles and Responsibilities: • Overall knowledge of construction documentation and process • Extensive knowledge of healthcare materials and appropriate application of finishes • Possess interpersonal and client relation skills and the ability to handle multiple projects • Assist the Director of Healthcare Interiors and have Project Management experience • Ability to assist in production and development of design proposals • Overall knowledge of furniture specifications and budgets • Ability to lead client meetings regarding interior design issues and maintain client contact • Proficiency in Revit with experience in Revit rendering. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in the field of Architecture or Interior Design. A creative design portfolio is required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be detail oriented and able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
