Interior Designer III - Workplace Design

The position requires someone... who can collaborate with a talented design team and who knows and understands the tools of the trade. As an Interior Designer III, you will: • Evaluate, select, and apply advanced design and technical methods, with responsibility for project assignments including programming, design development, production and coordination through construction documents. Requirements • A professional degree in Interior Design, or related discipline • Preference for Healthcare, S&T and/or Workplace/Corporate Interiors • 5+ years of experience, with focus on Workplace Interiors • Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software; • Experience with REVIT is required, including drawing setup, plan development and advanced modeling • Experience in all phases and aspects of a Workplace Interiors project • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Strong graphic communication skills, including advanced hand sketching/creative ideation • Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn • Collaborative and professional work ethic • LEED AP or within 6 months of hire • Licensure or interest in completing your NCIDQ exams At the time of posting this job advertisement, the annual pay salary range for this position in New York is between $79,700 and $101,700 commensurate with qualifications.
