Preferred Candidate Requirements: •3- 5 years' experience relevant to commercial, hospitality, and restaurant projects • Advanced Photoshop, Sketch-Up, 3D Rendering, Revit and AutoCAD abilities • Ability to work well in a team environment • Advanced experience with material selections, color palettes, furniture, etc.. • Expertise in layouts, colors, and lighting
