• FUN = Being sh*tty isn’t fun. Are there televisions in every room of your home so that you can always watch the HGTV channel, even while taking care of your toilet business? • Create functional and aesthetic designs that help boost productivity and enhance the working space of our Lagoon and Cove (that’s what we call our office locations!) • Collaborate on furniture systems selection process and specifications • Develop drawings, presentations, and cost estimates as well as coordinate the work of contractors • Work with consultants, furniture dealers, product reps, and fabricators to meet overall project objectives • Collaborate on projects, programming the key role holders needs, conceptual and schematic design, and design development • Maintain budgets and project timelines clearly communicating progress throughout all stages of the projects with key role holders • Visit the Lagoon on a regular basis to verify measurements, edit drawings and confirm finishes/layouts • Perform other related duties as assigned Here's what we expect the hiring process for this role to be, should all go well with your candidacy.
