This role provides an opportunity to contribute to the advancement of the build environment, and tackle the unique and untried. We are Seeking Candidates with: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture • Minimum of 7 years relevant experience with interior design / interior architecture • Proficiency in Revit and rendering software • Understanding of construction process, materials, material costs, furniture, lighting, systems integration / coordination, time limits and production • Understanding how to assemble a construction document set for interior focused projects and detailing components within • Familiarity with Google Sktechup, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat), and Microsoft Office • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build and maintain client relationships, multitask, problem-solve, and be adaptable per the client’s needs • Experience and desire to work on multiple workplace projects and lead projects.
