Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for concept presentations, space planning, design development, construction drawings, permit processing, selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), branding integration and managing the construction process to ensure ensuring the project is completed in accordance with the client needs. Qualifications • Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design • Knowledge of commercial building codes • Experience preparing Construction Drawings and ID Plans • Strong project management and communication skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture • A minimum of 6 years of professional design experience; 10 or more is preferred. • NCIDQ Certification Company Description
