The Intermediate Interior Designer collaborates with the Design Director and/or Senior Designer and works alongside the Project Architect and Job Captains. Their responsibilities span both design and technical aspects, as they develop a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and support the development of a project’s design character. • Communicate and ask questions of other team members, contribute to the advancement of the project. Position reports to the Studio Director(s) with indirect reporting to Design Director and Senior Designer (for career goals, mentoring, conflict resolution, and overall design guidance)
