The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clientsQualificationsREQUIRED: A professional degree in Interior DesignREQUIRED: 2 - 3 years of experience in related fieldProficient in AutoCAD and/or CETProficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Teams & OutlookStrong creative and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to execute and meet project deadlinesResponsibilitiesMust value culture above all elseMust possess strong technical, creative, interpersonal and leadership skillsMust have strong time-management skills to be able to meet project/task deadlinesMust value shared success for all team membersMust be able to provide knowledgeable design input on a range of projects as well as be able to interact effectively with a project teamMust desire to work collaboratively with othersMust be willing to assist with the overall effort in meeting client deadlines on all phases of projects and project typesMust be proficient in developing and presenting finish palettesCreate functional, attractive designs and layouts for various projectsSupport sales team when meeting with clients in order to understand the client's objectives and desiresCommunicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needsPrepare presentations (3D, 2D, and renderings) for projectsCreate quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followedMaintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevantMust have the ability to work on-site and attend regular project meetings in person, as needed.
