In addition, we offer:3 weeks PTOAnnual education allowance of up to $1,000Referral programResidential housing discount after 1 year of continuous employmentFriends and family rates for our Hotel Properties throughout the companyWhat You Will Do:Designs and creates finish palettes and furniture specifications to be used in building amenities, common areas, and spec suitesProcures, bids, and oversees furniture orders and installations for commercial properties specific to individual tenants and usersResponsible for selecting materials for the commercial portfolio adhering to ADA and building codesManages the communication with suppliers to attain up-to-date materialsConducts market research to determine standards within the marketKeeps up to date on market trends to influence designsCoordinates assembling sample boardsCreates design presentations for approvalCalculates Rentable Square Footages for commercial properties that correlate directly to lease agreementsPrepares CAD drawings for tenants and brokersCreates full Construction Plans including reflected ceiling plans, electrical plans, lighting plans, and interior elevations for internal and external partiesSpecifies finishes, fixtures, and equipment to be used on all commercial projects across Onni's portfolioWorks on marketing material such as brochures, web sites and email blastsWorks with brokerage team to establish strong support of leasing CampaignPerforms other duties as assignedWhat You Will Bring:ASID designation or equivalentBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related field preferredVery proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).2+ years of Interior Design experience working on commercial projects preferredGeneral experience in commercial furniture procurement and bidding processesKnowledge of local municipal and federal codesKnowledge of and ability to design within ADA guidelinesKnowledge of LEED certificationAbility to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projectsAbility to effectively communicate with project team members or departmentsAbout the Company:For over half a century, Onni has been building communities for people to live, work, and play, Our success reflects our commitment to our employees and partners, and our dedication to quality construction, innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
