Growth Mindset: Ownership thinking, innovative, curious.Position OverviewWe require this person to be excited and eager to support our team of senior residential and commercial designers in an energetic and fast-paced design firm.The interior designer is responsible for providing direct support to the design team. Crimson Design Group offers a flex schedule of in office Monday-Thursday and the option to work from home on Fridays (after your first 90 days).Responsibilities and duties:Assist Design Principal to design, develop and execute client projects from conception to completion. Communicate with clients, vendors, and contractors and assist in the mangement of construction administration.Strong drafting skill set, with the ability to create a full set of floor plans, elevations and details in AutoCAD.Create 3D Models using Sketch Up.Proficient in photoshop and other rendering programs to create rendered 2D elevations for client presentations.Research, source and obtain quotes for furnishings, fabrics, fixtures and other materials.
