Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: Directs the implementation of projects through all the phases of design; programming, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development and construction documentation / administration, when warranted. Monitor established standards and guidelines to ensure that project complies with scope, schedule and budget. Leads effort on multiple significant projects or large-scale projects. Government design experience a plus.
