You are passionate about design and devoted to quality. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the design process, working closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to bring visionary architectural concepts to life.A Day in the Life:Work side by side in a team environment with our Design Leaders, Project Managers, Architects, Interior Designers, Urban Planners and Emerging Professionals on active production projectsContribute to other design and marketing efforts undertaken by the firmCreate visual presentations and communications for client interactionsDiscover your areas of interest and work with talented mentorsDevelop design assignments throughout all project phasesCoordinate architectural drawings across disciplinesSupport communication between project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultantsPlay an integral part in overall client satisfaction, design quality and profitability of all projects undertaken that contribute to the firm's strategic prioritiesYour Strengths as an Interior Designer II:Technical production skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively produce design and construction documentsProficiency in RevitExperience with graphics software such as Sketchup, Lumion, or EnscapeUnderstanding of relevant codes such as state building codes, FGI Healthcare Guidelines, NFPA, IBC, ANSI 117.1, BOMALEED accreditation or interest in achieving accreditation is preferredUnderstanding of the design and procurement processesAbility to direct and motivate work efforts of others and handle project challengesWhat You Bring To The Table:Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited university or equivalent field of study6+ years of design experience in an architecture firm is preferredNCIDQ certification is preferredA cover letter, resume and portfolio demonstrating Revit skills and rendering abilities are required.Life at LS3PTogether, we are building the skylines of the Southeast.Our values articulate our beliefs and ground us in a common culture.
