We offer competitive salaries and generous benefits, including health and dental insurance, retirement and financial, wellness and other work/life plans.What you will do:Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPAYou will assist Project Managers, Project Designers, and Design Coordinators in the execution of specific assignmentsPrepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development and construction documentsWork on research for product and construction methods related to projectsAttend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordinationWhat we will do:Provide mentorship from Managing Directors and Design Directors as well as other in-house disciplines on all projectsProvide career growth opportunities including licensure materials and financial incentives, professional development grants and our professional development processIn-house management and leadership training opportunitiesEducation opportunities including LPA+U and LPA Tech TalksInterior Designer Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture required2-5 years of experience in all phases of interior architecture projectsExperience in Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferredEnthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsCommitted to building a long-term professional careerLPA is an integrated design firm with offices in California and Texas.
