Interior Designer Job at urban in Fremont

Applicants should have experience in the following: Excellent Interior Architecture & Strong Detailing Skills Ability to work closely with Design Principal and Interior Design Director Assist in developing FF&E schemes, maintaining FF&E budgets, and producing specifications Ability to assist in ID construction documents Ability to create 3D renderings (SketchUp) Outstanding graphics skills and ability to create presentation boards All phases from Schematic Design through Construction Administration PC Platform Residential, Restaurant, and / or Hospitality Experience a Plus Benefits Package Cass Calder Smith Architecture + Interiors values its team!
