Endeavor has partnered with a well-capitalized, growing commercial real estate private equity firm with a national portfolio of multifamily assets and an AUM north of $2b in search of a talented Interior Designer to the construction team.ResponsibilitiesSpace Planning & DesignParticipate in design discussions, collaborate effectively in meetings, present design concepts, and contribute to the development of project scope at various stages of design.Budgeting and Cost EstimatesUnderstand project scopes, budgets, and cost estimates.Coordination & Supervision of Project ConstructionAid in coordination and design review with architectural and engineering consultants throughout various design phases until project completion. Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clientsMaintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevantQualifications5-7 years of practical experience in interior design/architecture.Multi-family and hospitality project experiences highly preferred.Bachelor's degree in interior design or related fieldsDeep knowledge of space planning, layout design, and aesthetic. Proficient in Adobe Pro, Microsoft Office, AutoCad and Microsoft Project.
