We are seeking an Interior Designer with experience in pre 1960 home renovations to become a part of our team! You will plan and design kitchen and bathroom remodel projects in homes built between 1900 and 1960. Responsibilities: • Formulate designs that are aesthetic and conducive and present them to the client • Draft remodeling projects using Chief Architect software • Prepare projects with attention to detail to handoff to production • Select design components to create a unique and purposeful space • Maintain client, vendor, and consultant relationships • Prepare sketches and documentation for client presentation Qualifications: • Three plus years of experience remodeling residential kitchens and baths • Familiarity with Chief Architect • One year of experience working directly with homeowners • Deadline and detail-oriented • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to listen to the client and design according to their needs • Detailed and organized professional with good communication skills • Minimum of AAS in Sustainable Design, Interior Design or related field. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Proficient in Chief Architect • Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle Salary is based on experience with size and scope of completed projects and well as level of education.
