Responsibilities • Provide project admin support to Designers and Managers • Design multifamily projects • Interact with clients semi-regularly • Coordinate with other professionals such as contractors, architects, engineers and other consultants to ensure job success • Capable of preparing and presenting to clients both virtually and in person • Develop strong relationship with vendors • Prepare and manage furniture budgets • Utilize vendors and materials knowledge to create unique and innovative presentations • Produce documentation, detailed instructions, drawings and specifications • Successful at multi-tasking to meet fast-paced project deadlines • Assist in requesting pricing for budgetary purposes • Adheres to and understands building codes and ADA compliance throughout project lifecycle Manage and coordinate installs Record and publish meeting minutes Pull furniture, art and accessory selections • Domestic travel is required • Provide mentorship for Level I, II, and III Designers This job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of duties and responsibilities required for this job.
