About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Interior Designer: Level II to join our growing Interior Design team. This role contributes to space planning, design development, material and furniture selections, and the preparation of construction documentation for commercial interior projects, primarily with the workplace and portfolio services team. The ideal candidate brings creativity, technical skill, and experience managing project components with moderate complexity. You will work both independently and collaboratively with senior design leadership and other project team members.
What You’ll DoDevelop design concepts, color/finish palettes, and furniture selections in collaboration with Senior Interior DesignersAssist with client programming, space planning, and schematic designConduct site verification and assist in developing adjacency diagrams, block plans, and layoutsDevelop/Contribute to construction documents and specifications that align with design intentModify and update drawings throughout the design and construction processSupport furniture specification development and coordinate with vendorsProcess shop drawings and assist during construction administrationSupport project schedules and ensure timely delivery of design documentsParticipate in vendor presentations and stay current with materials and design trendsBuild and support strong client relationships under the guidance of senior staffWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Interior Design from a CIDA‑accredited program3+ years of commercial interior design experienceProficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.Strong space planning, detailing, and documentation skillsAbility to create cohesive finish palettes and design solutionsExcellent communication and organizational skillsBonus PointsExperience with Lumion, Bluebeam, or Adobe Creative SuiteLEED and/or NCIDQ accreditation (or interest in pursuing)Experience with furniture specification and commercial procurementContactEva Zuccarelli
