As a Gensler Interior Designer in our incredible Charlotte office, you are passionate about your craft and combine creativity and technical knowledge with business skills and understanding to produce functionally beautiful spaces for clients. You will collaborate with talented colleagues to enhance Gensler’s culture for design excellence, elevate the quality of design, and achieve recognition for our clients and the firm. Collaborate on workplace interior design assignments that include programming, project strategy, client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, consultant coordination, construction documents, construction administration, and management of budgets and schedules. Experience in working on all phases of the project from programming & test fits through design, documentation, and construction. Outstanding graphic presentation skills.
