Interior Designer | Model Home Design

Hybrid Working Style: 3 days in office/2 days remotely The Designer will ensure the drawings and designs are completed on time and adhere to the established specifications and drawing standards. Essential Job Functions • Responsible for ensuring an Optimal Client Experience • Assist Project Lead in developing conceptual and design development presentations for builders/developers • Responsible for the execution of all design concepts, design development, construction documentation, and FF&E, working directly with the Project Lead • Ensure all selections/products meet all required codes related to local, state, and national standards • Assist in the execution of all design concepts, design development, and construction documentation, working directly with the Design Team • Assist in project installations assigned to team • Understand Job Cost Reports and assist Project Lead with reaching targeted profit margin • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Required Qualifications • Interior Design Degree • Design and technical capabilities • 2+ years in Design with a focus on model home design • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate among a wide variety of audiences • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment • Must be comfortable working in groups and participating in cross-functional teams towards a common goal • Travel as necessary Compensation And Benefits • Competitive Annual Salary + Full Benefits Package • Excellent company culture and work/life balance - dedicated to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment for all employees, including a wellness week for employees.
