Responsible for ensuring an Optimal Client Experience Assist Project Lead in developing conceptual and design development presentations for builders/developers Responsible for the execution of all design concepts, design development, construction documentation, and FF&E, working directly with the Project Lead Ensure all selections/products meet all required codes related to local, state, and national standards Assist in the execution of all design concepts, design development, and construction documentation, working directly with the Design Team Assist in project installations assigned to team Understand Job Cost Reports and assist Project Lead with reaching targeted profit margin Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Design and technical capabilities 4+ years in Design Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suites, and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate among a wide variety of audiences Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, design principles, and material selection.
