Interior Designer (NC)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Responsibilities • Presentation graphics preparation • Verbal presentations and communication of ideas to clients, contractors, and colleagues • Knowledge of aspects of the design process • Flexibility to focus on a single client with a variety of project types or multiple projects in various stages of development • Knowledge of life safety codes and requirements. • Conceptual development of interior spaces • Generate construction documents, specifications, FFE, and material selections needed for construction • Create interior finish schemes and work with design team to develop interior architecture.
