Interior Designer or Interior Architect

Retail, Hospitality and Luxury Residential Experienced Interior Designer or Architect • Develop and manage the architectural designs and plans for new construction projects, renovations, and additions • Collaborate with clients and general contractor to understand the vision, requirements, and budget constraints • Prepare detailed construction drawings and interior specifications. • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws • Collaborate with engineers and the Architect of Record as needed • Provide guidance to construction teams during the building process • Oversee project progress, resolve design issues, and ensure adherence to timelines Skills: • Minimum of 5+ years of related experience; experience in hospitality or luxury residential industry a plus. • Strong communication skills, ability to organize and prioritize work, take initiative, and collaborate or work independently as the projects require.
