Interior Designer Project Manager

We are looking for a full time Residential Designer/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring with them a passion for interior design, an aesthetic vision in line with our own, plus the ability to multi- task and successfully manage deadlines. We are a collaborative group and value both creative skills as well as organizational skills; the right person for this position has a can-do attitude coupled with a personality that takes the initiative and wants to work in a dedicated, design-focused environment. Job Requirements: • Support Senior Designers in the management & execution of high-end residential projects • Team player and ability to develop courteous and professional relationships with Clients, Architects, Contractors and Vendors. Responsibilities Include: • Creating project budgets and timelines • Preparation of client proposal packages & purchase orders for vendors • Knowledge of manufacturers and vendors for sourcing materials and furnishings • Provide project status updates to Principal & Senior Designer during weekly meetings • Organization and maintenance of project-related documents including project binders & electronic files • Documentation of project meetings, meeting minutes and agendas • Coordinate and attend project meetings • Ability to travel on own to job sites outside Bay Area • Ability to communicate with clients, architects and contractors in concise, clear and respectful manner.
