Interior Designer / Project Manager

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer / Project Manager to lead the interior design process while managing execution from concept through installation. This role is ideal for a professional who can seamlessly balance creative vision with strong project management skills, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities • Develop and present interior design concepts, finishes, and material selections • Guide clients through all design decisions for high-end residential projects • Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement schedules • Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors • Oversee FF&E procurement, tracking, and installation • Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed properly • Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients and internal teams Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in high-end residential interior design • Strong portfolio of luxury residential work (portfolio required for consideration) • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and/or Adobe Suite • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Strong understanding of construction processes • Excellent organizational and communication skills
