Manage project lifecycle and collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project successDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scope of work; serve as primary client liaisonManage and directly participate in the production of construction documents, from the schematic design phase through construction administrationSchedule production activities and staffing in alignment with available project hoursPerform QA/QC review for drawings, specifications, and other project documents before issuance; facilitate review by the Principal-in-Charge of the project prior to issuance of stamped documentsAttend and/or lead construction job site meetingsOversees completion of project documents for all phases of assigned projectsMentors junior staffQualifications:
