Existing conditions surveys and field measurements Space planning and interior design development Construction documents and detailing Permit coordination and regulatory approvals Construction administration, shop drawing review, and site visits Coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies Collaboration with architects, interior designers, and project managers to deliver exceptional project outcomes Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design required 1–5 years of experience in commercial interior design Retail, restaurant, hospitality, or branded environment experience preferred Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and detailing Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills The majority of our current client work is produced in AutoCAD, making strong production and construction document experience essential.
