Interior Designer with Residential & Hospitality Experience

Our award-winning firm has been in business for over 30 years and is seeking a talented, team spirited individual to work on high-end residential and hospitality design projects. We are an international boutique, full-service design consultancy firm specializing in architecture & interior design. We are a totally remote company requiring on site visits and travel as needed.

We are seeking a responsible, self-motivated interior designer with a minimum of 3-5 year’s experience working on high-end residential and hospitality design projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe, Excel, Microsoft office a must. We seek a professional with strong organizational, communication & technical skills. Candidates must be able to multi-task on multiple projects at the same time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate on preparation of interior design documentation to meet the clients program, standards and project constraints
Provide FF&E and interior finish/hardware/plumbing research, selections, budgeting, & final specification writing for furniture and finishes for hospitality projects
Produce & review FFE drawings, review shop drawings & coordinate with fabricator and purchasing agent during procurement stages of FFE purchasing
Coordination with vendors, manufacturers & third-party purchasing agents
Provide/ and or oversee the production and delivery of custom FF&E for residential projects

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in hospitality/residential design
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Ability to multi-task and manage various and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor of higher degree from accredited university in Interior Design
Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience – excluding internships working on hospitality/residential projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a remote team environment and take design direction
Microsoft Office / Excel / CAD proficiency / Knowledge of Design Spec

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
