Responsibilities • Partner with Principal, other Designer/Project Managers and clients to ensure a smooth work flow • Work with hired General and Sub-Contractors to execute construction aspects of renovations when needed on projects • Source, create and manage purchasing and budgets of projects • Pull together and execute large presentations both with Principal and clients • Create and manage all drawings for projects • Create schedules and manage overall project flow • Pull together FFE palettes • Work with Principal closely on pulling together overall project concepts and imagery Job Type • Full–time ONLY available • Note: We would hope that whomever joins our team is interested in staying for many years.
