This is not a decorating position. We are looking for someone who understands renovations, construction, budgets, timelines, and how to create beautiful spaces that maximize resale value and rental appeal. Responsibilities: Design kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and full-house renovationsSelect materials, fixtures, flooring, tile, paint colors, lighting, and finishesCreate mood boards, finish schedules, and design packagesWork closely with architects, contractors, and project managersVisit job sites throughout Brooklyn and NYCReview shop drawings and material submittalsEnsure projects remain on budget and on scheduleHelp create modern, marketable designs that maximize property valueRequirements:
