DESIGNER (RESIDENTIAL) MEGAN CRANE DESIGNS, INC. (MCD) is a multi-award- winning interior design firm specializing in new construction, large scale remodels and interiors in the luxury market. MCD is currently seeking a highly creative and passion-driven Junior Designer to provide clients with designs that balance style and artistry with sophistication and functionality. We work in a very fast paced environment and are seeking someone who is driven and well organized. Attention to detail is a must. RESPONSIBILITES • Work under the direction of the Principal • Develop design presentations and specification books • Create product tear sheets and proposals • Attend and or lead meetings to ensure design implementation, take detailed notes • Create space plans, elevations, construction drawings • Assist team with administrative and operational tasks • Run errands • Research materials, finishes, and relevant detailing • Working with suppliers, vendors and reps for RFI’s, RFQ’s.
