Job Responsibilities • Greet customers and support store design needs • Schedule design appointments and develop clientele through networking and referrals • Advise on tile, wood, stone, and accessories for residential and commercial projects • Design and sell functional, appealing solutions • Manage multiple projects with accuracy and timely follow-up, maintaining clear communication • Collaborate with store leadership to manage projects from inquiry to installation • Support company initiatives and stay updated on design trends • Utilize design applications like Salesforce, Online Design Scheduler, MyProject The successful candidate will have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office. They will be self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
