The design-build approach of Titus Contracting is one of the best in the industry, and because we are experiencing rapid growth, we need an experienced Interior Designer to nurture and assist our clients on their remodeling journey. Work Location: • Office setting; occasional travel to nearby job sites for meetings • Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday AIA, CID, NCIDQ or equivalent accreditation a plus) • Minimum 3-5 years of design experience • Interior finishes, space layout & design (no furnishings work) • Highly Proficient in the use of Chief Architect to prepare initial 3D renderings, Bidding and Construction Documents • Experienced in residential remodeling/addition projects • Some experience with commercial projects, specifically workplace • Knowledge/ experience of Drafting standards • Strong verbal and written communication • Focused and able to work against deadlines, good time management • Creative, Motivated, Flexible • Possess a Team attitude The heart of Titus Contracting is our team of construction professionals that bring many years of diverse industry skills and experience.
