Interior Designer - Residential Remodeling (Lancaster County)

What Youll Do • Build genuine connections with clients and guide them through our Design-Build process • Lead design meetings, identify client goals, and bring thoughtful, beautiful solutions to life • Create conceptual and detailed designs, floor plans, renderings, and material selections • Prepare design documentation to guide estimating and construction • Host showroom visits and help clients make confident selections • Collaborate daily with our estimators, project managers, trade partners, and design teammates • Maintain clear, organized project information in our systems • Participate in team debriefs and help us continually improve the client experience You enjoy brainstorming, sharing ideas, and working as part of a team • Are intuitive and adaptable.
