Interior Designer – Residential Remodeling

Patt Co. Design is hiring a Residential Interior Designer in Moline, IL to lead kitchen, bath, and whole-home remodeling projects. This role focuses on space planning, kitchen and bath design, material selections, and construction-ready design documentation for residential remodels. As our Interior Designer, you’ll be the creative and client-focused heart of every project. What You’ll Do • Meet with clients to understand project goals, design preferences, and vision • Create space plans, mood boards, conceptual designs, and 3D renderings • Develop material selections and finish schedules for residential remodels • Prepare and maintain detailed design documentation, drawings, and specifications • Coordinate with vendors and trade partners to source materials and support execution • Support the estimator in developing budgets and design & development agreements • Host trade walk meetings and participate in pre-construction and milestone reviews • Visit job sites to review progress, ensure design fidelity, and collaborate with the project team • Partner closely with project managers and production teams throughout construction Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary ($60,000–$80,000 annually, DOE) • Simple IRA with company match • Company vehicle • Cell phone allowance • 6 paid holidays + birthday • Paid time off (ETO)
