What You'll Be Doing + Contribute to interior design solutions from concept through construction + Develop and produce Revit-based drawings and documentation + Collaborate with: + project architects + engineers + consultants + Support: + materials + finishes selection + space planning + FF&E coordination + Work across multiple active projects simultaneously + Play a key role in keeping projects moving on schedule What You Bring + 5-8+ years of experience in interior design / architectural interiors + Strong, hands-on Revit / BIM experience (daily use required) + Experience on: + healthcare + higher education + or institutional design projects + Ability to support: + design + technical documentation (DD/CD phases) + Understanding of: + building systems + materials + finishes + construction coordination Bonus Points + Experience with FF&E, materials, and specifications + Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) + LEED / sustainability exposure + Licensure (CID, NCIDQ, Architect) What This Role Is NOT + Not purely conceptual design + Not residential or small-scale commercial + Not a "learn-on-the-job" junior role You'll be expected to step in and contribute quickly.
