Interior Designer Role – Collaborative Seattle Arch. Firm

We are seeking a full-time Interior Designer to join our multidisciplinary team. Strong design, visualization, and technical skills.Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.A demonstration of conceptual design thinking, clear design narratives, and an ability to advance ideas into thoughtful, buildable solutions.Proficiency in finish material selection, specification, and documentation.Ability to produce accurate, coordinated construction documentation.Understanding of building systems, materials, interior detailing, building codes, accessibility requirements, and construction practices.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Sound judgment, adaptability, initiative, accountability, and problem-solving capability.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Communicates clearly, adapts effectively in complex or evolving situations, and actively collaborates with team members across disciplines. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team in a collaborative studio environment, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
