Description: Following the successful launch of our Naples showroom in January, we’re continuing to grow and are excited to add Interior Design Sales Consultants to our team! We’re known for our expert design service, high-quality furniture, and a 100% commitment to client satisfaction. Compensation Notes: • $20 per hour for the first 4 months, with option to switch to commission sooner • Then 100% commission, uncapped, prepaid at time of order • Annual Pay Range: $45,000-$130,000 • Average Commission: 7.55% (Range: 6.6%-8.7%) • Annual Performance Bonus Opportunity Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in retail sales or interior design, OR a career changer with a passion for interior design and at least 2 years of experience in sales or a related field. • A track record of business success that demonstrates the ability to lead a sales process and achieve sales goals.
