**Interior Designer specializing in high end residential projects

We are looking to bring a motivated interior design professional to assist with projects in our Santa Barbara office. • Develop strong relationships with vendors, showrooms, galleries and artists • Source interior finishes, plumbing, lighting, hardware, etc., in various design styles, budgets and schedules – Title 24 knowledge is necessary • Produce interior finish, plumbing fixture and decorative light fixture schedules in coordination with architectural team • Sketch and/or draft furniture plans, elevations and details • Research codes and ADA regulations on applicable projects • Manage all phases of project through Studio Designer – enter items and pricing, RFQs, Ordering, Proposals; document receiving and delivery; use reports on profit, remaining balances, expediting, etc. • Coordination with receiving warehouse and all phases of a project’s installation • Assist in conducting construction administration and on-site visits • General office up- keep with a small team: office organization, sample orders, library clean-up, general admin tasks Benefits: Mosaic Interiors is dedicated to the well-being of our team members.
