INTERIOR DESIGNER/DESIGN MANAGER Sumner County's premier custom home builder is seeking a professional interior designer for full time position. This position will report directly to the Home Builder and his Superintendents. In this role our designer works directly with our clients, leading them through the design selection process for all interior and exterior finishes, while keeping within allocated budgets. In this position we require a talented, well-organized, goal oriented, self- starter designer possessing the unique ability to work and please our clients, while delivering their vision. Requirements: \\- Ability to Create unique custom designs for clients while maintaining budgets \\- Create & Maintain spreadsheets pertaining to client selections \\- Interact with customers, identify interior & exterior finishes to meet their needs & budget \\- Manage product procurement to meet scheduling demands of the build team \\- Possess the ability to do material take off & cost analysis on materials \\- Tenacity and organization in managing the change order process \\- Prepare cabinet design & layouts gaining customer approvals \\- Strong effective verbal and written communication skills, while interacting with clients and project team \\- Degree in design & minimum 3 years' experience
