• Role: Interior Design Manager - Ultra Luxury Private Residences • Location: Austin, TX • Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year + bonus + benefits An extremely reputable high-end nation-wide developer/construction group operating across Texas and I are seeking an Interior Design Manager, for the development of a vast and ambitious Ultra-Luxury resort & private residential development in Austin, Texas. The overall development will be well in excess of $600m, and in terms of Longevity of employment, there will be at least 10 years of development. You will Oversee the design vision for each project, leading and coordinating all phases of interior design for private residences - managing consultant teams; developing and integrating architectural, engineering, and FF&E specifications; producing construction‑ready documentation using AutoCAD/ SketchUp/ Revit/Adobe Suite; delivering selection books; preparing RFPs; and maintaining project schedules and budgets to meet luxury standards. • Proven ultra-luxury residential interior design experience.
