Interior Designer V

We are looking for an Individual that has extensive experience in all areas of interior design with the ability to work in all phases of a project’s development including large and / or complex projects. All plans to be reviewed and coordinated with Architect of record throughout the design process, (schematic thru final construction documents). • Visits construction site to review, monitor, and report progress and perform other construction administration duties, such as shop drawings review, attend construction site meetings, review RFI’s, prepare ASI’s, PR’s, prepare status reports, per the contract documents. • Assist client in selection & procurement of furniture thru development and coordination of furniture bid document. • Maintain administrative / technical documents required by senior staff, accounting, or others, as it pertains to the management of Interior Design projects.
