• Proficient in Space Planning • Proficient in development of FF&E Specifications. All plans to be reviewed and coordinated with Architect of record throughout the design process, (schematic through final construction documents). • Visits construction site to review, monitor, and report progress and perform other construction administration duties, such as shop drawings review, attend construction site meetings, review RFI’s, prepare ASI’s, PR’s, prepare status reports, per the contract documents. • Participates in marketing efforts and client presentations. Contract duties & responsibilities: • Substantial knowledge of preparation and use of interior design / architectural contracts.
