Key Responsibilities: • Present Bespoke services to clients, selling the benefits of working with a recruiter, and negotiating terms of business • Manage full recruitment process inclusive of sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer conversations • Manage and grow a network of candidates, identifying and securing top talent looking for a career move • Review applications, interview candidates, provide summary notes and create job ads • Match top candidates looking for that next career challenge • Provide excellent customer service to both jobseekers and hiring firms • Identify business development opportunities and grow your network, nurturing your client & candidate relationships • Maintain accurate records of activity and detailed information on clients/candidates using our CRM software Skills and Experience: • Experience in the Interior Design industry with relevant qualifications is ideal • Recruitment experience within a relevant industry is beneficial but not required due to in house training • Proven relationship building & customer service skills • Excellent communication skills; capable of presenting to a group of people • Confident, influential with strong networking skills • Target hitting & goal-orientated • Detailed and organized • Team focused with a drive to succeed
